Registration Fees
A registration fee is due to secure your dancer's spot in a class and are non-refundable. New student fee is $35. Returning student fee is $30. This is a one-time fee and due at the time of enrollment for a new season.
Tuition Fees
Registering for a class enrolls your dancer for a ten month year August through May. Tuition is paid monthly and will be drafted on the first Monday of a new month OR the first Monday that we have classes in a new month. We will always email the Friday before to remind you that fees are due. You'll see below the option to enter a debit/credit card or bank draft. If you'd like to pay cash, you must enter a card either way. Contact us to set up cash payment.
Tuition is not based on attendance. It is similar to a gym membership. Some months have more practices than others, but tuition is spread out over our 10 month season. If you have more than one child in dance classes, we will apply a discount of $10/month for each additional sibling. All late payments are subject to late fees. All returned checks and/or NSF have a $25 return fee. After 3 returned checks and/or NSF, we will only accept cash.
Costume Fees
There is a costume deposit is due with September's tuition. This pays for the dancer's costume(s) that will be worn in our Christmas show. The remaining costume balance is due in February with February's tuition. This pays for the additional dancer's costume(s) that will be worn in our Spring Showcase. Costumes and costume fees are non-refundable. Costumes worn at the Christmas Show will be used again for the Spring show along with the new costume(s) that we order.

Cancellation and Dropping Enrollment
As a courtesy to our studio, we require parents to give written notice either by email, mail or to the front office before the end of the month if their child is going to discontinue classes at The Vibe Dance Center. Please Note: If the written or verbal notice is not given, you will be billed for the additional tuition that your child is enrolled in the class/classes. AGAIN, You must cancel/withdraw in writing BEFORE the 1st of the month or you are responsible to PAY for that month and any other month that passes until we receive written notice.
